門よ。おまえたちのかしらを上げよ。
永遠の戸よ。上がれ。
栄光の王が入って来られる。
栄光の王とは、だれか。
強く、力ある主。
戦いに力ある主。
門よ。おまえたちのかしらを上げよ。

栄光の王が入って来られる。
その栄光の王とはだれか。
万軍の主。これぞ、栄光の王。（詩篇24：7-10）
恐れは、抱えこむのに苦労する、ずっしりとした重荷になる可能性があります。心の門を開け放ち、恐怖により支配されたエリアに、力強い、全能なる栄光の王を招き入れるには、多くの努力を必要とするでしょう。どうか私たちが、自分を守ってくれると信じていた分厚い門を、ただ単に守ってくれるだけでなくそれ以上のことを約束し、また私たちの成すことすべてを祝福してくださる栄光の王の御前にささげ、開くことができるようにさせてください。
Lift
up your heads, O you gates; be lifted up you ancient doors, that the King of
Glory may come in. Who is this King of Glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the
Lord mighty in battle. Lift up heads, O you gates; lift them up, you ancient
doors, that the King of Glory may come in. Who is He, this King of glory? The
Lord Almighty – He is the King of Glory. (Psalm 24:7-10)
Fear
can be a heavy burden to carry. It takes much effort to open the gates of the
heart to allow the strong and mighty King of Glory into the areas where fear
rules. Let us lift open the heavy gates that we thought would protect us and
allow the King of Glory who promises to do much more than simply protect but
also bless all that we do.
